We keep approved samples, color standards, material records, and production parameters for every order to ensure consistency between batches. All bulk production follows approved samples and specifications and undergoes strict quality inspection before shipment.
We use advanced high-speed weaving machines and high-denier polyester yarns. Our 30D and 50D woven labels can clearly present complex logos, fine text, and gradient designs with clean edges and minimal jaggedness.
Up to 12 colors. For the best balance of appearance and cost, we recommend no more than 9 colors.
No. We use high-quality eco-friendly yarns and can apply ultrasonic soft-cut edges or satin woven edges to ensure a smooth and comfortable finish.
No. Both woven and printed labels have excellent wash resistance and can withstand household washing, industrial laundering, stone washing, and garment dyeing.
Our silicone and TPU heat transfer labels use premium eco-friendly adhesives and can withstand 50–200+ washes without cracking or peeling under proper application conditions.
Yes. We use high-precision printing processes to ensure clear and sharp reproduction of wash symbols and multilingual text.
Our woven labels are OEKO certified. Raw materials for other products are also supported by OEKO or other environmental certifications and test reports.
We can provide recycled cotton, recycled polyester, PLA, cactus leather, and other sustainable materials for hangtags, cords, woven labels, printed labels, and leather patches.
Yes. We provide genuine FSC-certified paper
Yes. Based on our experience, we can assist with design creation and optimization to ensure accurate and smooth production.
For printed products, vector files such as PDF, AI, or PSD are preferred. For woven labels, leather patches, and heat transfers, high-resolution image files are acceptable.
Standard samples require 3–5 working days, while special processes require 5–7 working days.
Some samples, such as woven labels, can be provided free of charge. Others may require a setup or mold fee, which can be refunded or credited against future bulk orders
We will assist with revisions and remake samples as needed.
We usually respond within one hour on working days. Quotations are normally provided the same day, and complex quotations within two working days.
The standard MOQ is 500 pieces. Smaller quantities are possible at a higher unit price.
Pricing depends on label type, process, and quantity. Accurate quotations are normally provided within 1–2 working days.
