How to shipping?

Whether it’s for a logo or decoration, you should consider the pattern, size, embroidery type, border, and backing. Options include flat, chenille, 3D, sequin, and toothbrush embroidery. They can be attached by ironing, sewing, hook and loop, or other backing options.
Both offer the same backing options.
Generally, the greater the embroidery coverage, the more refined and premium the patch will look, but the cost will also be higher. At the same time, we will determine the appropriate embroidery coverage based on your design.
Small: 1–2 inches, suitable for hats, gloves, collars, and other small areas.
Medium: 2.5–4 inches, suitable for chest patches, packaging, and more.
Large: 5–12 inches or larger, suitable for decorative designs on the front or back of garments.
There is no strict color limit for embroidered patches. However, the more colors used, the higher the cost. In general, we recommend using no more than 8 colors.
Even iron-on patches can be securely attached to fabric. But if you have higher durability requirements, we also recommend using a sew-on patch.
The usual MOQ is 500 pieces per design. The larger the quantity, the lower the unit cost.
The cost of custom embroidered patches can vary significantly, around $0.2 -$3 for bulk order, we will determine the price based on the size, production process, and quantity.
The sample time is within 5 days, small-batch orders can usually be completed within 7–12 days. For larger orders, the production time will depend on the actual quantity. Split shipments can also be arranged according to your needs.
