Production process

Design proofing: According to the design draft or creativity provided by the customer, use professional design software for typesetting and design, and determine the size, color, pattern, text and other details of the label. After the design is completed, a sample is produced for customer confirmation, and it can be modified and adjusted if necessary.
Yarn selection and color matching: Select the appropriate yarn material and color according to the design requirements. Common yarns include polyester, cotton, nylon, etc. Yarns of different materials have different characteristics, such as polyester yarn has high strength and good wear resistance; cotton yarn is soft, comfortable and breathable; nylon yarn has good elasticity and strong water resistance, etc.
Woven label production: The selected yarn is installed on the woven label machine, and the operation of the woven label machine is controlled by computer programming to weave according to the designed pattern and text. The woven label machine interweaves yarns of different colors according to program instructions to form a woven label with a specific pattern and text.
