Paper box

We can divide packaging boxes for clothing and accessories into the following types according to different materials, shapes, and structures.

Classification by material  – Packing Box

Cardboard box: Made of thicker cardboard, suitable for products that need extra protection.
Corrugated cardboard box: Made of one or more layers of corrugated cardboard, with good cushioning properties.
Kraft paper boxes: Made of kraft paper, with high strength and durability.

Classification by structure

Automatic bottom sealing box: a box that can automatically fold and seal from the bottom, which is easy to assemble quickly.
Handheld box: equipped with a handle on the top for easy carrying.
Head and bottom lid box: consists of two parts, the top can be fully opened.
Drawer box: similar to the opening method of a drawer, it can be opened by pulling out the top.
Flip lid box: a box that can be folded open from the top, suitable for gift packaging.

Classification by surface treatment

Lamination: a film is applied to the surface of the paper box to increase waterproofness and glossiness.
Hot stamping/silver stamping: hot stamping gold or silver text or patterns on the surface of the paper box.
UV printing: partial or full UV printing on the surface of the paper box to enhance the visual effect.
Embossed: a texture is pressed on the surface of the paper box to increase the texture.
Frosted treatment: the surface of the paper box has a frosted texture to increase the touch.

Classification by production process

Die-cut box: the cardboard is cut into the desired shape using die-cutting technology.
Folding box: a box made by folding and gluing process.
Handmade boxes: boxes that need to be assembled by hand, usually used for high-end products.

Classification by environmental protection

Degradable paper boxes: made of biodegradable materials to reduce environmental pollution.
Recycled paper boxes: made of recycled paper, more environmentally friendly.
