Breaking the traditional rectangle/circle, the design is:
Brand symbol shape: For example, LV’s luggage tag is shaped like a luggage lock, and Chanel’s tag incorporates the outline of the double C logo.
Product-related shape: sports shoe tags are designed as shoes, perfume tags are the outline of perfume bottles, and children’s toy tags are cartoon characters.
Interactive structure: foldable tags (display more information after unfolding), layered tags (such as outer transparent PVC + inner paper content).

Size differentiation

Micro tags (such as 1cm×1cm): used for fine accessories (necklaces, earrings), with very fine elastic ropes.
Oversized tags (such as A5 size): used for bags or furniture, carrying more pictures and texts or as a decorative focus.

2. Material and texture – personalized hang tags

High-end materials

Metal: stainless steel, brass (such as the metal tag of luxury brand Gucci, engraved with the brand name + serial number, enhancing the sense of luxury).
Wood/bamboo: natural texture, suitable for eco-friendly brands or handmade products (such as independent designer clothing, organic cotton products).
Leather/imitation leather: soft touch, with hot stamping technology, used for high-end bags and leather shoes (such as Hermès leather tags).

Innovative materials

Transparent PVC/acrylic: create a “suspended” visual, suitable for superimposed multi-layer printing (such as inner layer printing pattern + outer layer printing text).
Luminous materials: add fluorescent paint, used for sports equipment or children’s products to improve night recognition.

Special printing technology

Hot stamping/hot silver: hot stamping gold logo on black cardboard or leather tags to create a high-end feel (such as Dior, Prada).
UV printing: local glazing to highlight the pattern (such as fabric texture UV effect on clothing tags).
Letterpress: embossing a concave and convex texture, suitable for retro-style brands (such as handmade leather goods, independent bookstore peripherals).

Personalized craftsmanship

Laser engraving: engraving complex patterns or user names on metal or wooden tags (such as customized gift tags).
Embroidery/woven labels: fabric tags are directly embroidered with brand names or patterns, used for high-end clothing (such as Burberry’s plaid woven label tags).
