Core process steps

Design and plate making:
Use professional software (such as Adobe Illustrator) to convert brand LOGO, text, etc. into a “design drawing” dedicated to woven labels, and mark the color code (such as Pantone 186 C red) and size (for example: collar labels are usually 2cm×8cm).
Note: Complex LOGO needs to simplify the lines (such as thin lines less than 0.5mm may not be woven), and the minimum height of the text is recommended to be ≥1.5mm.
Yarn selection:
Material: polyester (wear-resistant, high color fastness, most commonly used), cotton (soft and skin-friendly, suitable for underwear), nylon (good elasticity, used for sportswear), metal wire (increases gloss, used for fashion items).
Color: Can be customized with single color, two-color or multi-color splicing (such as brand main color + auxiliary color layered design).
Woven label weaving:
Through the computer jacquard woven label machine according to the design drawing, a continuous ribbon with a brand pattern is formed, and the edge lock can be completed synchronously during the process.
Process type:
Flat woven label: The pattern and the bottom surface are on the same plane, simple and flat (such as the collar label of a fast fashion brand).
Three-dimensional woven label: The relief effect is formed by different yarn heights (such as the concave and convex texture of a luxury brand LOGO).

Application scenarios and cases

1. Clothing industry
Collar label: sewn on the collar of shirts and jackets to display the brand name.
Washing label: sewed on the side seam or inner pocket, using woven label to replace traditional printed washing label to enhance the texture (.
Decorative label: sewed on cuffs, skirt hem and other places as a design element.
2. Luggage and leather goods
Brand label: sewed on the front of the bag or the handle.
Inner lining label: sewed on the lining of the bag, marking the model and origin.
3. Home textiles and home furnishings
Four-piece bedding set: sewed on the corners of the quilt cover, using woven label to present the brand LOGO + “100% cotton” words.
Towel/bathrobe: sewed on the edge, using three-dimensional jacquard craftsmanship to make the hotel LOGO.
4. Niche and customized scenes
Independent studio: handmade leather goods are sewn with “XX Leather Workshop” woven label, with the craftsman’s signature initials.
